Ioulios Giordamlis

Ioulios is the head of the litigation department of Aristides J Yiordamlis & Associates LLC. He specializes in various fields of commercial and corporate litigation, and regularly appears before the district courts and Supreme Court in Cyprus representing prominent local and international clients. Ioulios is experienced in corporate petitions, civil litigation, disputes arising from commercial agreements, as well as recognition and enforcement proceedings of foreign judgments/arbitral awards. Ioulios has represented the largest banking institutions of Cyprus in litigations proceedings, as well as major insurance companies. For years, he was legal consultant for one of the largest banking institutions of Greece, advising on its Cyprus affairs.
